Youth Build Pilot Collaboration

Educate - Empower - Evolve

Our Previous Pilot Collaboration

Under the leadership of Antonio Choice, Media Director of Project Seraphim Inc., CEO of CASS Digital Solutions, and a key contributor to the National Coalition of Women of Color in Construction (NCWCC), a groundbreaking Pilot Multimedia Production and Digital Media Program was established within the NCWCC Build a Youth (BAY) Program.

As a Licensed Youth Build USA Provisional Affiliate and part of a Barack Obama-led initiative, this program provides cutting-edge education and training for sustainable careers in the multimedia and entertainment industries.

The Multimedia Production Program equips youth with skills in music, dance, theater, and live performance production while fostering mentorship opportunities with industry professionals. Collaborators include members of the Musicians Union and the International Alliance of Theatrical Stage Employees (IATSE).

This program empowers participants by facilitating local and touring productions while providing hands-on learning experiences.

Program Initiatives and Impact

Artist-in-Residence Summer Projects
Partnering with local venues to establish summer projects where youth gain real-world experience.

On-the-Job Training (OJT)
Providing hands-on opportunities for live performances, visual art collaborations, and partnerships with galleries to inspire at-risk youth (ages 16-24).

Career Development for High School Dropouts and Offenders
Offering career-oriented training and fundraising opportunities for young adults (ages 18-24), including those who have faced challenges such as incarceration or school dropouts.

Curriculum and Expertise

The program aligns with professional standards and involves mentorship from experts in multimedia production, digital media, fashion, film, and stage production. Training includes Management On-The-Job Training (MOJT), where students learn directly on professional sets.

The curriculum covers:

  • Directing and producing shows
  • Writing treatments
  • Editing software and tools
  • Fashion consulting
  • Film production
  • Animation
  • Publishing and royalties
  • Digital Publisher Management
  • Streaming
  • Monetization

Students graduate with practical skills that position them as valuable assets in the global digital market.

Program Highlights

NCWCC Digital Youth Build Channel
Through a partnership with CASS and EES Interactive Corporation, the program launched a digital platform to showcase student projects, such as poetry contests, social concerts, and community movements.

Community Events and Industry Collaborations
Students co-hosted the Women-Led Economy Movement with Georgia Tech, featuring Margo Dorfman, CEO of The U.S. Women's Chamber of Commerce. Participants contributed to post-production efforts and civic engagement initiatives.

Luxury Corporate Event Experience
Youth gained hands-on experience during a live-streamed corporate event at Phipps Plaza in Buckhead. The event featured luxury brands like Aston Martin, Mezlan Men’s Shoe Boutique, and Joe Jeans.

This collaboration emphasizes real-time learning, audience engagement, and first-party data collection, providing students with an in-depth understanding of the multimedia production industry and the digital media ecosystem.
